How do I open my speaking plan again?

Use the link in the report email we sent after payment. The link is unguessable and tied to your audit. If you lost it, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will resend it.

How do I cancel the Daily English subscription?

Reply to any email from SpeakScoreFix with the word "cancel" or write to support@speakscorefix.com. We cancel the same day. You keep access until the end of the current paid month.

Can I get a refund?

Yes if your plan was not delivered, the quality check failed, or you cancel within the same day on a subscription. For monthly coaches (Tests, Interviews), see the refund section in our Terms.

Do you store my voice recordings?

No. Voice metrics run in your browser. When AI transcription is enabled, the short recording is sent for transcription so the coach can understand your answer. We store the transcript and metrics, not the raw audio file.

Is SpeakScoreFix the same as an official IELTS or TOEFL score?

No. SpeakScoreFix is a self-improvement tool that helps you practice. We do not score the official tests and we do not guarantee any official outcome.

Which languages do you support?

The interface is available in English, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Bengali, Portuguese, Dutch, and French. Practice content is always in clear English because the goal is to improve English speaking.

How do I delete my data?

Email support@speakscorefix.com from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We confirm within 30 days. Tax invoices we are required to keep are retained separately.
